6. Refund Policy

Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved project may be transferred to the client as agreed.

XOINET INFOTECH retains ownership of internal tools, templates, frameworks, methodologies, and reusable code components.

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless a separate confidentiality agreement exists.

9. Project Delays
